Somewhere it's a bun, somewhere a flatbread, somewhere maybe a scone. Somewhere they call it naan, somewhere khoubiz, and we will call ours PITA BREAD... with a 24-hour fermentation of sour dough with yogurt, cumin and rosemary oil, baked in a GreenEgg at 400°C for a minute on each side... ENJOY ;)
