Focaccia, a traditional Italian bread, is a simple bread and a great start to the story of any sandwich. Our focaccia is perhaps the most similar to focaccia genovese and is made from "only" seven types of flour, domestically grown kvass, water, salt... and maybe a little rougemarin :)
